I bake from my home kitchen in Lincolnshire, IL under the Illinois Cottage Food Law. As such my kitchen is not subject to inspection.
Do you do custom cookies?
I do not at this time, sorry!
Can you bake a cake for this weekend?
Everything I bake is truly custom, and as such I need a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
